It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

We had such an exciting day on Saturday. It started out with breakfast with Santa.

Then we went to the tree farm and took a train ride out to the trees.

Laying one on Mama. We kind of created a monster with the kissing thing and now he's a smooching machine. Which is especially nice when he has a runny nose and is drooling from teething.

Now which one do we choose. After about 30 minutes out there, they all start to look the same.
Carefully supervising Dada cut down the tree.

So proud of his work. Is that saw baby proofed?

Looks like you guys had better luck than we did. We went to a tree farm and left immediately. It was a muddy mess and not very organized. You'll have to let us know where you went for next year!! Love the smooching picture! So sweet!

We went to Shamrock tree farm in Pomeroy. It's between Coatesville and Parkesburg. It was a little muddy there too, but it helped that the train took you out to the trees. It was pretty organized too. They give you a saw and take your tree back and wrap it up. So by the time you get back on the train, your tree is waiting for you.

I'm actually laughing out loud. That's where we went. The train wasn't running when we were there. Maybe we went too early in the morning. ?? Maybe we'll give it another shot next year! :-)
